This pretty stone villa has been stylishly fashioned from an old barn to create a gorgeous little home-from-home for up to four guests – ideal for a small family or two couples who crave lots of outdoor space and a large private pool. It’s in a great location, too – just a few hundred metres away is the Tuscan village of Campiglia, and a little further is the historic medieval hilltop town of Colle Val d'Elsa, famous for its crystal glass.

Inside, the barn has been restored to a high standard, with oversized windows and glazed doors allowing light to flood into the spacious and comfortably furnished open-plan living area. You have everything you need here – but when the sun is shining, the outdoor areas are the draw. There are two furnished terraces: at the front is a simple, shaded table and chairs, while at the rear a dining table and chairs and a wicker suite are shaded by a pergola. And it will be hard to stay out of the large pool for long – it just shouts ‘jump in!’.
